Items must be unused and undamaged, with their original packaging intact.
If you receive items that are damaged or have missing parts, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.
Return Process
Log in to your account or submit a return request via the “Contact Us” section on our website, providing your order number, the item name, and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will review your request within 24 hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Follow the customer service team’s instructions to ship the item back to the designated warehouse, ensuring safe transit.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to product quality issues or an error in the items shipped, jhynger.shop will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns unrelated to product quality issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
II. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned items have been received and verified to meet the return conditions.
The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. This amount includes the item price and applicable taxes, but excludes any return shipping costs borne by the customer (in cases of non-quality-related returns).
If the returned items show signs of partial damage or use, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.
